Woke up freezing in Del Mar and the heater wouldn’t start at all. Mike from Provision Heating and Air Conditioning came out and handled the furnace repair (bad capacitor and dirty flame sensor). He showed me everything before fixing it and stayed to make sure it cycled properly. Heat’s been steady since and the house finally comfortable again.

Our House in San Marcos was getting colder every night and the old unit kept short cycling. Vlad came out and suggested a heat pump installation instead of another repair. I didn’t really know the difference but he explained it in simple terms. Heat feels softer and steady now, not that blast-then-freeze thing. Perfect timing with this cold weather lately.
