Diane Waggoner has been very helpful with guidance re my traditional medicare supplement & Part D (drug coverage). Although no Part D plan uses brokers now, Diane took the time to answer my questions which helped me feel more confident about my choice. She has also provided important info about various medigap supplement plans so that I am more informed now than ever. I wish I had known her when I first signed up for Medicare some 10+ years ago.
