G/M has amazing customer service. Had an issue with my Herman Miller, they helped me with the replacement parts and even sent out a tech to switch out the parts. The whole experience was smooth and excellent. Would highly recommend this place.

GM Business has by far the best customer service. I bought a Herman Miller chair 19 years ago and when it has broken they repair it while I wait for free. I am sure not every repair is free but I must admit they take great care of me and my chair.
