Every business finds themselves in need of capital at some point and unfortunately this need has created a whole new breed of predators. Predatory Lenders...I partly blame our banking institutions for the creation of this market... Clear Skies puts themselves out there as a solution to your financial woes, they will present you with loans that look like this…Term 12 months (Weekly Payments) Rate Offer 82.24% or 45.6 cents on the dollar. $46,412.50 Loan paying back $68,432.00 for a total fee of $22,019.50 Plus and origination fee of $587.50. Imagine that, after an offering that can only amount to loan sharking, they want to also charge you for the privilege of accepting. With a straight face they will tell that this is the best that the market has to offer for unsecured capital when in fact there are many out there that will offer you a much better deal, you just have to bypass the middleman and go directly to the source. I did in fact secure my financing elsewhere with much better terms. When I notified them of this, they had this to say “Oh we have that same deal” After stating that they were confident that the previous offer was the best in the field. Snake Oil! Greed is the intense, selfish, and insatiable desire for more wealth, resources, power, or status, often at the expense of others or with disregard for one's own needs. The bible talks about greed.

Scam company who decided to hang up on me. Started off with Bret asked if they were a direct lender. Told him point blank do not send my file outside of your company. Jeff the owner decided to send my file outside the company which i did not give them permission to do so. After talking to Jeff and telling him to remove all of my information from his system decided to hang up on me. Hope this helps someone avoid these type of people.

This company has been a phenomenal business to work with! My company was in need of a working capital and "Harrison Phillip" (our Representative on behalf of Clear Skies Capital) went above and beyond to ensure we had the funds to ensure our business could tend to some needs. This man was straightforward, very insightful, and carried such a great personality. The beautiful thing was, he never stated he COULD NOT help us. Instead, he was prepared to get us the best option we could go for. He noted very careful, every detail of all our needs and established a bright plan in which he then executed with efficiency and precision. This company is a true pioneer in the unconventional lending department. So while I stated that our offer was unconventional, this is not to say the company does not have far more options outside of the unconventional.
