Extremely rude. Not accommodating. Doesn't fully explain the process. And if you call customer service they basically send you in circles. Definitely witnessed how rude they were to a client and it was terrible treatment and it was more than one worker in there that was not helpful for the client and if this is customer service they do people a disservice. Because when we come to a job you should not bring your emotions and you should not bring an attitude. You should bring a willing heart to be helpful not just do a job so that you're getting paid but you come to help people And when you have that mentality then the payment is the reward .. It's like if you went to a hospital for care you don't want an uncaring nurse if you go to an office to help you to build your dreams, you don't need dream killers and sabotageers and people that play obstacle more than resource and helpful and help you to understand the process. They lack patience they don't care and it was more like alpha male and rude. Meanwhile you can hear another worker in the background on the phone with great service on the phone but I did not witness this from the other workers in the office. I have a very large following and I'm going to share this with them as well.So maybe management will need to look at who they hire because they have a bad attitude and I witness this. When you call the customer service they were not helpful so when you go in and you try to get more help or explanation on the process, it was just an ugly thing to see. I raised children and my children know how to treat people better. I have received many offers in the mail from this company so it's funny that I've heard of this company too but after what I witnessed I would never consider for myself.. Update..finally talked to someone on phone, very helpful, explained process, we had issues using the mobile website. And the person that we've talked to now has helped us to get access again to the part of the website where you're uploading documents. It's kind of odd that once you upload some documents and you click done, that you can't get access again in case you want to add other documents so you should know this before you start to do the process with them. Because you can literally have a lot of mobile issues and when you go into the store I believe it was El cajon boulevard they were very rude and older man that I want to call a gentleman but he wasn't and the younger guy Mexican, rude dude and it really shouldn't be that way. I'm glad that we finally had someone who didn't come to work with a bad attitude, that could just help people that are literally just trying to get some things started.. I almost want to recommend not to go into a branch by yourself so you can have a witness of how rude they are or really try not to go to the El cajon boulevard one in San Diego please find a place that's treatment of the customers is better because that's crucial. It's almost like a power play or ego trip when someone that can help you doesn't when they're in a position to be able to help you. It's really kind of evil sorry to say
