Chad helped us work through our options, determine our goals and what options would work best for what we're trying to do with the real estate work we're doing, and he and his team treated everything like we were their favorite customer. They closed earlier than they initially estimated, so that's how fast they work. Chad identified a way for us to lock in the lowest rate despite the financial markets being in chaos. It was incredibly valuable for such a large financial move we were making. The team communicated so well, very clearly, and lightning fast. They were so great I reached out to see how I could leave a review for them. This is not just another lender, they are truly in the top echelon of teams out there. Chad and his team made the home buying process so much easier than our previous experience. In a short conversation where we supplied him with the necessary information he was able to secure us a pre-approval letter within hours, so that we would not miss out on the opportunity to place an offer on a house earlier that day. Once our offer was accepted he and his entire team were a pleasure to work with and had great communication (even on the weekends). If anyone who was helping us coordinate was going to be out of the office, we would get an email notifying us and who would be in contact with us during that time if anything else came up or was needed. His team went above and beyond in figuring out how we could make it work comfortably, since we ended up buying a house months sooner than we originally planned. For any future home buying activities, I would gladly work with Chad and his team again.

These guys are the best mortgage team i've ever come across. If i could give them 6 stars i would. They worked with my wife and I for over a year, and never lost hope in our search for the perfect property. they are patient, kind, professional, and their due diligence is unmatched. they were always very timely in their responses to my emails or calls.
