As a newbie working at Elevate I can confidently say Elevate LOVES to have fun! Going into work you’re automatically welcomed with a fist bump, smile, and music! My lead Josh has truly been an amazing teacher and shows genuine interest in me and my work journey! His confidence is so strong it portrayed on me and helped me make connections and friendships with my fellow coworkers. He always finds a way to make the day fun while being productive. And a plus, he even buys me energy drinks! Every person deserves a hype man, but not jus any hype man, they deserve a Khaleel! Khaleels energy is truly contagious and he always finds a way to make the room laugh! You can anyways trust Khaleel to be the loudest person in the room cheering you on! Overall my Elevate family has helped me gain life lessons I can use in my everyday life!

10/10! Khaleel and his partner Josh truly made my day! They not only helped me save money, but also helped put a smile on my and my wife’s face!!! They answered all my questions, had great confidence with what they were talking about, and most importantly made me feel super comfortable and able to trust them with my phone bill! They got me, my wife, and my daughters an upgrade and were able to have me pay less then what I was with T-Mobile. Another part I really appreciated and thought was absolutely helpful was they gave me their information so in the future I can go through them directly and not deal with being on hold for a hour to speak to a customer service representative! Like I said 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend!

UPDATE – One week later:
I am adding this update after learning that nearly everything I was told during this interaction was inaccurate.
When Robbie approached me while I was at work, I repeatedly explained that international travel was extremely important to me and that I already had international coverage with Verizon that went beyond just Mexico and Canada. Despite this, he assured me that AT&T would cover the entire remaining balance owed on my phone (over $800), that I would receive 14 days of international coverage in over 200 countries at no additional cost per billing cycle, and that international usage would then be only $5 per day. Based on these representations and my stated needs, I agreed to switch my long-standing Verizon account to AT&T.
After issues arose, I went into an AT&T retail store and learned that almost all of this information was incorrect. There is no 14-day international benefit for 200 countries for a consumer as described and no $5-per-day rate. International day passes are $12 per day, capped at $120, none of which was disclosed. I wasn’t even set up for that on the account he started me. I also learned that AT&T is not covering the full remaining balance on my phone as promised, there is an $800 reimbursement cap that can take up to eight weeks. AT&T is also not covering my final Verizon bill. This placed me in a position where I would need to pay upfront or risk credit issues.
While at the store, I placed Robbie on speaker and asked him directly about the $800 cap and the remaining phone balance he said would be covered. He sounded confused, stated he was unsure, and said he would follow up. He never did.
I have now spent over 48 hours trying to reconnect my Verizon account, fix billing issues, and undo the damage caused by this situation. My phone number has been in limbo, my Apple Watch is still not set up, and I have incurred unnecessary charges and lost work time.
I feel completely taken advantage of and misled in order to secure a sale. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, and I hope the appropriate party sees this and holds him accountable.
