Just saw Rick Militi deliver a hype-free discussion of social media's contribution to brand promotion. He was very real and honest, a refreshing departure from these ego-driven agencies run by youngsters. InnoVision is the real deal, a comprehensive, ROI-focused "anti-agency." Militi is honest that it will take 18 months to 2 yrs to get any traction. Brands that want immediate results are fooling themselves.
