Recently our cat started trying to get into the pantry, and we were worried he might be hearing a mouse or another problem which we couldn't see. Our technician, Fernando, listened patiently then came in to search for any evidence. When none was found, he provided two baited traps and put them in place, with instructions to remove in a few days (which we have done). Then while checking the patio he found and removed a Black Widow spider! We continue to be very pleased with the work of each of the experienced technicians we have seen. We appreciate the patient teaching and investigations as much as the special chemicals. Great service!

I switched to Lotus earlier this year and have had superb service ever since. Less bugs harassing me and my family. They take care of my front yard where the fleas like to wait to hitch a ride into the house with my dogs. Love Lotus! Thank you Fernando!
