Very disappointed with my experience unfortunately. Fumigation crew contracted by TopNotch was not careful, and in turn damaged outside door latch, attic door and were not cautious with roof tiles during install, that led to damages. Mike apologized, mentioned that it might have been a new crew, but did not offer any remediation.

Top Notch has been our "go to" company for over 15 years. Trevor is our inspector, and my experience is he's professional, as well as, friendly. The admin staff including Eva answer the phone or when they are busy, return the call within a few hours. Their pricing is very fair, and when compared to some other pest control companies, they've always been less expensive.

I choose Top Notch Termite Company because of they are Great company with great people(Mike and Jose). I hired them to do the termite treatment. The prices are reasonable and they always on time. Mike had explained everything what he was doing around the house and if I had a question, he would pause and answered my questions. He had recommended to what he sees and he gave me a quote. Jose goes far above and beyond what is required of him to make sure that termite treatment on my property gets handled. I would highly recommend them - they did a great and detail job.

My dad had the owner here in 2003 and he did about $1900 worth of work. Whatever he did sure has lasted as we just had them come for termite clearance as we are selling the house. They found 3 small areas but nothing under the house. Thanks Top Notch!
