Terrible with scheduling and communication. Actually had a technician no show and not respond to messages. When I called back to ask for refund or schedule a missed treatment, no apology and it was rescheduled. No confirmation email. Online it lists them as open 24 hours but they actually aren’t and don’t respond to messages as I left a message 3 business days ago and no one responded to that still. Terrible company. Going back to Lloyd’s or another if anyone has suggestions.

Orkin is a great company to handle your pest control. Fernando has been our tech since we've had the service, and he has been professional, understanding and knowledgeable.
