Highly recommend! Pete's crew did a great job replacing damaged boards and treating affected areas. Also the repair work was not subcontracted out like the other termite companies who gave me quotes.

Pete and his team have serviced our family homes for over 15 years. Service for ants, spiders, rats, mice, termite tenting and now bees. Always respectful of the property, usually call in advance day of service. Like any small company they have employee turn over and staffing challenges. But Pete Colleen and there guys for the most are a true family business we have trusted for years.

Use Pete monthly to spray for bugs around the house. Haven't seen a spider in a year! Also got his honest opinion on termites last year and he helped a ton. Friendly and good service.

Horrible, I have been having an issue with a terrible smell coming from the kids room attic area. We are renting, so the manager was called. They sent out Pete Pest control company, who climbed on the top of a ladder never went into the attic, shined a flash light and said i don't see anything. The smell over the following couple of days got worse, they came out again did the same lazy inspection, said cant smell anything or see anything. At this time i moved all my kids out of that room, for their safety smell was unbearable. Called manager over 5 times over this time span, they finally sent out the manager with the pest company clearly they need a babysitter. I have since moved the living room due to unsafe living conditions on behalf of their lack or work ethics. They found rat droppings and urine in the insulation no rat...hmmm but there is maggots and flies falling from the roof light fixture. THEY ARE IN DENIAL! They have sent 3 days removing the insulation cleaning the attic and replacing with new insulation. I come back to my house to find rat dropping on my kids bed, floor and closet. Dust all over my clean closes, bed and counters. NO care that they left my house a mess. I will contact everyone i know and make it clear that they should not be in business and i hope they get a chance that have their family put in danger like mine was and still get a good night sleep.
