I don't usually write reviews.......unless something is exceptional or terrible. This review is about the exceptional experience we had with Wild Wild Pest. We contacted them for a free termite inspection, along with several other termite companies. After evaluating each company and their expertise, professionalism and cost, we selected Wild Wild Pest for our termite issues. We had dry wood termites in several locations in our home so tenting was necessary. We worked with Brooke, Katie and Lalo from WWP and their sub contractor for the tenting. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and reliable. They coached us through the process and every step of the way they were available to respond to requests and questions. They did exactly what they said they would do and coordinated with us smoothly. Their follow up was consistently excellent. If you have to go through tenting your house, (which is a pain!) then hire this team to help.....they really did make the entire process more tolerable. I will be recommending WWP to my family and friends. What a great experience and company!

Katie is super helpful and her knowledge of the industry is seriously impressive. I have never met someone so perfect for their own career. She has a passion for the insect world and it shows through her knowledge and care for her industry. Recommend 10 out of 10 times!

We have recently brought on Wild Wild Pest to handle the pest control for our community. Already, the change has been worth it. Their team, and especially Doug, are fantastic. Doug is always on time and is highly committed to doing a great job. He goes the extra mile to take care of our needs and always makes sure he is giving his best. I have been using Wild Wild Pest for several years now and I’ve been very pleased. The Technicians are always very knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly check every part of my house. They go around and remove all the cobwebs before they start spraying. And they are very careful with pets, letting me know exactly when I can let them out and be safe. The helped me with rats as well as bugs. Theo set the bait traps and check to be sure everything is ok. And Brooke is AMAZING!!! Anytime I contact her she has someone out in a matter of days usually. If I’m a dork and I can’t find my invoice she sends another one out within the hour usually. Thank you Wild Wild West for taking such good care of me!!!

Wild Wild Pest Control is hands down the BEST termite company out there. My daughter had live termites in her room and they were so quick to come do a free inspection and tell me exactly what needed to be done while making sure I was getting the most affordable price on the market. Their customer service was so amazing and they made such an overwhelming process so smooth and simple and Brooke was always available for any questions or concerns I had. They were so quick to get me and my family back into our home TERMITE FREE and I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend them!
