I asked for a roof inspection from Masterlyne and was told that I didn't need a new roof; that I had a couple of years before I needed to have one. It was refreshing to get an honest opinion and some helpful information from the two gentlemen that called on me. In the meantime they suggested that I have some minor roof repair issues taken care of to extend the life of my roof. Because of this posivite experience, I developed the confidence in this company and discussed the idea of getting gutters on my house. I would recommend this company to anyone considering any household improvements because of the genuine kindness, interest and helpfulness shown to me during their visit. A rare thing in today's economy.

I needed a lot of work done on the exterior of my house, mandated by my insurance co. Masterlyne hydroblasted the entire house, fixed all damaged stucco, replaced & painted bad wood soffits, fascia & pergola, & painted all stucco surfaces with 'Cool Wall Texcote' plus the color coat. The guys were very hard-working, spent a lot of time on prep & did an excellent job on all the finishing. Very nice & friendly crew. Good clean-up. Kept me informed of their schedule & finished when expected (about 2 weeks). The cost seemed reasonable for the amount of work. I would definitely hire this company again.

Masterlyne did a fantastic job on our Texcote and window project. Janette the rep did an excellent job explaining the materials and the process. The workers were very detail oriented and tidy. We have noticed a dramatic difference in temperature with the upgrades. My sister lives three houses down, and still has her original stucco and windows. We noticed that the interior of our home is significantly cooler and quieter compared to hers. We were originally just looking to get windows done but liked being able to do everything with one company, and are extremely happy that we went with the package deal! I had an excellent experience with the entire team at Masterlyne. Gavin and his company were referred to us by a neighbor who had a roof repaired. From the start, they went above and beyond, from dealing with our insurance company, to providing all the photos and documentation needed, as well as the roof and paint work performed. Their professionalism and exceptional communication, explaining every step of the process from beginning to end, put my mind at ease. My roof was damaged from high winds during Hurricane Hillary. The last time our roof was done about 15 years ago the roofer had used budget shingles and staples to hold the shingles down instead of nails, which is likely why so many shingles came off in the wind. Gavin took the time to show us several roofing options within our budget, and helped us pick colors for the roof and paint. He really listened to what we wanted, and what was a priority for us. My wife and I are both really indecisive and not the best with picking colors, so we needed extra help. Gavin helped point us in the right direction by showing us pictures of his previous projects which made it a lot easier for us to narrow down what we liked. He also brought over several bigger samples of roofing colors for us to pick from, and had his guys paint a few color options on a small area so we could take our time to make sure we liked the colors. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with any construction project. We really like how our home turned out, and we have been getting tons of compliments too. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We could not be happier with our roof, paint, and gutters. I highly recommend Masterlyne!

My roofing job was done professionally and quickly, the roofing crew did a good clean upas well. The crew was friendly and did a great job communicating times they would be here, and what they were doing each day. Brad the sales rep did a great job showing me all the options available. Brad took the time to build rapport with us, so we really understood the process and what to expect. I didn't feel pressured at all, and if there was something he didn't know he was open about that too. He was able to get everything done within our budget, which was also greatly appreciated!
