My experience with 619signs was deeply frustrating.
I submitted a banner order through their website, uploaded the vector design, and followed all the instructions. I even saw a warning on their site that orders could be marked “invalid,” so I reached out many times—via email and by calling every day—to confirm everything was good to go.
And… NOTHING. No replies. No confirmation. No communication at all, whatsoever, in any form.
I had a strict deadline for this banner and really tried to be proactive. I explained how important this print was to me.
I had to scramble at the last minute to find an alternative, which turned into a whole cascade of issues on my end—including having my (very busy) boss go out of her way, further making me look irresponsible.
This banner was part of a project I was involved in professionally, and being left in the dark like this made me look unreliable to others who were counting on me.
This wasn’t just a miscommunication—it was a complete lack of communication. If 619signs couldn’t fulfill the job, a quick “sorry, can’t do it” would have gone a long way.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know what kind of follow-through (or lack thereof) to expect. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid the same situation.

First time banner buyer and this place was a huge disappointment. My husband placed the order for me on Monday at 4:00 pm. With the website advertising 24 hr turn around I figured we'd be contacted about him approving my design by 4:00 pm latest Tuesday evening and it'd be ready first thing Wednesday. I didn't hear anything Wednesday morning so contacted him through email bc you will not get anyone to answer the phone number on the website. It's a voicemail. Communication is all through email. Once I received a response I was told they would let me know if my artwork was approved at 5:00 pm (it's currently noon) and if it was approved it'd be ready by then. 5:00 pm is their closing time so I asked if I'd be able to pick it up. 5:30 rolls around and I get my response that my artwork was approved but he would need to work on it this evening and it'd be ready in the morning. I ask what time would it be ready? His response "Hopefully after 8:00 am." I ask what the hold up was and mention the 24hr turn around and say I'm confused. It seemed to me like my order wouldn't have been started without me notifying him. No answer to my questions but he asks me if I still need the banner. At this point my husband is already reviewing the email for art approval and pays. I don't see the email from the owner till maybe 10 minutes after my husband paid and say YES the banners were still needed. Payment was already sent and should have confirmed that! He then says my husband uploaded the file the wrong way (none of this mentioned when my artwork was approved by him) and that he doesn't want to work with customers that are upset bc his business is his home and gave me a refund. It seemed to me like he needed any excuse to not do my order and left me with trying to find someone else for banners I needed up by Saturday morning.
*Update: My graphics uploaded fine. He approved them! What he is saying doesn't make sense. Why would he be processing my order at all if my order including graphics hadn't been approved first? I never resubmitted an order form which means you had my graphics all along. After you approved my graphics payment was sent which confirmed this. You kept changing the time on when my order would be ready and prolonging my order. My emails said: "What was the hold up? Your website does advertise for same day approval so I'm confused. It seemed like my order wouldn't have been started if I didn't contact you?" in reply to his email saying my order wouldn't be ready until 8:00 am. & "My husband already paid so yes I'm still wanting the banner. Sorry, I assumed him paying would have confirmed that." In reply to his email asking if i still needed the banner. I apologized because I was busy at the time and took a few minutes to reply to his email. I didn't know he was waiting on a response from me to start the order. For him to him to say I was badgering him with disgruntled emails after everything was settled is false. Both my emails were in reply to his. If you lie and make up excuses for canceling orders you need to accept the fact that as a potential customer I had every right to leave you a bad review. I was sharing my experience. My next step will be to include pictures of our conversation which I have saved.

As a board member for a local little league, I had to get a Sponsor banner made on short notice. 619 Signs had my banner ready for me in less than 24 hours. Edward is very professional, and responds quickly! Easy online ordering, quick turn-around time, and great price. The banner print quality was excellent. After my initial experience, I decided to send 619 Signs the rest of my banner orders as new sponsors came in. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing company! Edward was a very friendly, easy going individual to speak with. Customer service is this companies top priority as it showed when I needed a rush order on a banner for my weekends event, not only did he take care of it the same day....he also helped me with a design! This company is reasonably priced and does quality work. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to others. They truly care about making you happy and going above and beyond, Edward was very helpful through the entire process and made me feel at ease, not to mention he even showed up to my fundraiser himself to show support, I couldn't be any happier with the service and quality of work.
