Updated rating: from 1★ to 3★ After several months of delays and poor communication, Axe Signs + Wayfinding finally completed part of our order — installing two smaller illuminated signs. They admitted they couldn’t install the main monument sign due to not having a local installer, and they decided to honor the initial deposit as full payment, canceling the remaining balance. While I appreciate that they eventually took responsibility and resolved the matter professionally, the main sign was never completed — which is why I’m updating my rating from one to three stars instead of five. The installed signs look good, but the process was far from smooth. 11/3/2025 Deeply Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable Company Our experience with AXE Signs + Wayfinding has been nothing short of a nightmare. We hired them to design, fabricate, and install several signs for our company’s property. On June 19, 2025, our project was transferred from salesperson Addison Tovar to developer Baz E. After that, communication fell apart completely. On June 24, we requested an update. On July 31, they promised to deliver photos of the completed signs and an installation date within 10 days. We never received anything. By September 10, I warned them that if we didn’t get a response, we would cancel the project. Their response was full of apologies and excuses — and still, no photos, no installation date, no action whatsoever. We paid a 50% deposit of $9,137.50, and to this day, nothing has been delivered. The company stopped communicating, ignored multiple written messages and a formal demand letter, and completely failed to honor their commitments. This is not a reliable company. Their lack of professionalism, broken promises, and disregard for clients’ time and money are shocking. I genuinely believe they are taking people’s deposits without fulfilling the work. Do yourself a favor — stay far away from AXE Signs + Wayfinding. There are plenty of honest, professional sign companies out there. This one is not among them.

We found Axe Signs + Wayfinding on Google and we are so glad we did! The entire process took about 4 weeks, which was amazing considering we had 2 hurricane closures during that time. Bas and Rich were easy to work with.The process was smooth and I cannot say enough about the beautiful end product. We have receive multiple compliments and walk in traffic because of the visibility of the sign. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for signage needs.

These guys did an absolutely amazing job at our business in Carlsbad. We are very impressed with the outcome of the sign and definitely recommend this company to produce any signage that you want. Very easy to work with and very professional. They got exactly what we wanted very quickly as well. Highly recommend.
