Steven and the whole team at FastSigns are fantastic! Quality work and great customer service! Prices are reasonable. They did it again! I keep coming back because they are simply the best!

I chose FASTSIGNS in San Diego for truck signage for my business because I expected professionalism and timely communication since i'm just getting started. After providing all necessary details during my initial visit, including the year of my truck, I went in on a Thursday morning and Tuesday rolled around and I still had not heard anything from Fastsigns so I decided to go back in, in person to check on the project and was told by Steve it hadn’t been started due to workload. I remained patient and understanding. However, now is Thursday a week has gone by without real communication. I finally received a call from Steve and he was asking for information that had already been provided in day one. The lack of organization, follow-up, and proactive communication was extremely disappointing. When you’re running a business, delays and poor communication can directly impact your momentum when you're first getting started. I expected great service from this company but I guess it is what it is.

I’ve worked with fast signs to make a lot of vinyl stickers for my canoe clubs over the years and they always come out perfect. This time we were looking for the feather flags for our events and again could not be more satisfied. Nice thick material. they helped us with the graphics, and they were done quickly.
