KD Signs llc.
San Diego, CA
KD Signs llc. is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a signage resource for retail tenants in San Diego — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in San Diego work with signage providers
Storefront signage is a lease issue as much as a design one. Shopping-center landlords publish sign criteria that govern channel-letter size, illumination, and placement, and most centers charge for a panel on the pylon or monument sign. Retail sign companies handle the landlord approval and city permit, fabricate and install the sign, and produce window graphics, promotional banners, and interior wayfinding for the store.

KD Signs did a great job on my business overhead sign! The lettering and graphics really pop, making it very visible from the street. Several customers have already commented how nice it is. They were very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate them having all the drawings my landlord needed. Fast turnaround, and fair price. Thank you.

We had a great experience working with KD Signs LLC! They moved incredibly fast with both permits and installation, completing everything within just a couple of weeks and allowing us to open for our soft launch right on schedule. The cost was reasonable, and the owner was kind, responsive, and accommodating with all the changes our landlord required. His staff was friendly, professional, and dependable throughout the entire process. Fast, affordable, and reliable, highly recommended!
