My logos were pixelated, it cost me over $400 to get it right. Beware of the press proofs. Proofs say they "low-res.jpg." it can be impossible to tell on the approval proof if it is pixellated or not. Even on the one that they said was good to print, the logo looked as pixelated as on the previous proof. They will make you pay for a reprint and charge you an expedite charge for getting it right. I have used them four times before without an issue and will not use them again. You would think they would have an internal review process to tell if the artwork isn't right, versus sending out a low res jpg. for review.
