I got my Barber Shop sign done less than 2 years and the light already went out. I called them to fix the issue but they said they would charge $175 for diagnosis (repair is more after diagnosis) because the warranty is only 1 year. Only explanation that I got was how warranty works. Definitely not recommend for products that stop working shortly after warranty ends. *Edit for the reply* The sign was installed on Dec 1st 2023. I noticed the sign was not lit up on Jan 2026 but it could have been out for longer than that. Then it took a while for me to contact you because I was busy and I also tried asking my electrician before contacting you. I never got a reply back from my text messages to you until I called the shop's number. I would rather call somewhere else for the "repair" to have better peace of mind that it's going to work for more than 2 years.

I had to order magnetic signs for our company trucks and they came out beautifully. I got exactly what I asked for. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding! These are the nicest people. If you need signs made then this is the place to go. Seriously, I cannot recommend them more!

I had a great experience getting some signs made here. The service was very professional and the prices were very reasonable. Also, this location was able to meet quite a wide variety of my sign needs for my business. At this point this place has become my one stop shop for all my sign needs. Looking at some of the other reviews posted here I have become puzzled. There was NO food smell to speak of, the shop is very clean, and the nice and friendly couple who works here certainly didn't fit the description of being a front for the "Chinese mafia" as one far fetched review claimed???! My best guess is perhaps some of the other reviewers were simply xenophobic at best or perhaps racist at worst. It's a shame you still see examples of that sort of thing in this day and age. And even more of a shame that you see this targeted against such pleasant and honest people.
