Why retail tenants in San Diego work with sublease providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Terrible communication. Been trying for over a month to book a single conference room. After speaking with them several times, they fail to follow up. I do not recommend as a community oriented shared office space as they are unwilling to accommodate a local non profit that is willing to pay.

I have leased a nice quiet office location in Sorrento Valley with my bussiness partner . I am pleased about the customer service provided by Andrew and Brent who quickly responded to any phone calls and requests that I had . They met with me at the Sorrento Valley location where I signed the lease and received the keys to our first office space . It was easy and smooth . Thanks SmallOffices4rent !
