Was quick but not cheap called them asking for a price for the service then gave me a different price once we met. Also didn’t return my flash drive. Overall did a good job.

I gave Shain an old PC, my older laptop, and a new PC (that he recommended) to work some magic and make better. He put some upgrades in the old PC to make it function better than when I bought it new, updated the laptop with the same result, and made a requested modification to the new PC for my own custom purposes. He nailed each task in a very reasonable amount of time and at very reasonable rates. Finding quality people to do honest business can be challenging, especially in this space. Shain is one of the good ones, for sure!

I recently took my MacBook to an authorized Apple repair center and was shocked to receive a quote of nearly $600 just to recover my data and run a diagnostic test. Shain is an absolutely brilliant pc builder and handled my pc’s problems perfectly. And gracefully took responsibility for a lack of communication about price afterwards. For clarification, an initial call was made on my behalf about price and service which was met by an answer of a flat fee of $180 for the whole repair same day which was insane to hear but later come to find that it was actually $180 per hour. But due to the miscommunication, he gave me slack on it and honored his offer which I cannot speak highly enough knowing people who have small businesses. 11/10 service!

Shain did a great job replacing my Macbook Pro screen (with the whole lid). I was impressed that he had the screen assembly in stock and he was able to complete the repair in less than 24 hours. Good communication during the repair and he allowed me plenty of time in the shop to verify the new screen. Now my laptop looks and works like new! Also i had him come to my auto repair shop and he upgraded my office computer with this super small and very fast mini computer. He got the job done with in the same week he came checked us out
