This blessing is Terrible. They DO NOT CARE about their clients. I've had an issue since 2 YEARS ago, and they haven't done a Thing to help resolve this problem. They sent emails to a third party, and a rep at ADP wrote them, "sorry I missed your emails." The emails were sent Months ago! I would NOT recommend them. Terrible, irresponsible, Unprofessional.

Try being a client for 10 years and NOT be able to get a hold of anyone whenever you need help.....................SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

We get several calls each week from ADP trying to sell us different products, and it is a HUGE waste of our time. We hired them to process our payroll, but in 4 months we have not received even 1 phone about an issue with that one service they are providing. Instead, we repeatedly get calls about worker's comp insurance, employee handbooks, harassment training. Name any service you don't need and haven't asked for, and ADP will offer it! Several times each week!
