I contacted Bluwolf Janitorial for a quote on removing Rejuvenate floor restorer buildup from vinyl/wood-look flooring in my apartment. The person I spoke with asked me to send photos, which I did, along with the exact product name, approximate square footage, access details, and the fact that portable equipment and furniture moving would be needed. I also clarified that I was not looking to add any new wax, gloss, seal, or coating — only to remove the buildup and return the floor as close as possible to its natural clean finish. The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up.

Plus, their day porter services were a game-changer for our event. Bluwolf Janitorial isn't just a cleaning service; they're the secret sauce to keeping our workspace top-notch. If you want quality cleaning with a personal touch, look no further!

This company lives up to their name! Our office needed a deep cleaning day and they got the job done. They thoroughly cleaned the carpet(without any residue), washed the windows, cleaned the desks, and deep cleaned the restroom. These guys were friendly and responsible with their equipment. Highly recommend them!!

These guys are awesome. We had originally gone for a different cleaning crew that just wasn't cutting it. I immediately looked up recommendations to get the job done. Our office space doubles as a shipping area and a sales floor, there's a combination of tile, carpet, and cement floors. They managed to get scuffing and embedded stains that seemed permanent. I highly recommend them, they were very friendly, easy to deal with, and you definitely get your money's worth. Best of all, they are very flexible with their scheduling.
