Solid customer service every time. The builder is knowledgeable, responsive, and always has RAM on hand, which saves time and avoids delays. Reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Nareg at Hardware Plug is genuinely the best in the industry. His level of professionalism and knowledge is completely unmatched. What really set him apart was how he went above and beyond for us. Not only did he supply top-quality server equipment, but when we needed financing, he referred us to a fantastic leasing and financing company that was a perfect fit. This was a huge help and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend Nareg to anyone looking for a reliable and resourceful hardware partner!

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Hardware Plug to anyone in the market for a new server. Their customer service is second to none. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

I cannot say enough how awesome his customer service was for us. On a Saturday he got us a RAID Controller with little to no notice. He saved us tons of time and frustration. I highly recommend.

Nareg built me a super nice vfx workstation. Had some tweaks to do, but it's running great now. Not only did he sell me a workstation at a great deal, he also fixed and upgraded my old workstation back from the dead. Awesome service, and would definitely buy a workstation from him again.
