Try getting decent customer service from the dog-n-pony show. I am 3 weeks in trying to get a refund for my cancelled service. No one has bothered to actually return my calls, when I ring they are unhelpful and just pass the buck. They won’t be around much longer, surely not.

Avoid this company as much as possible. Their customer service is horrible (Chris in billing was especially rude—I've truly never experienced that level of unprofessionalism with any customer service representative). They were dishonest and entirely unhelpful.

Tech staff tries to be helpful, and the speed is good when it is working. However, it often has sudden drop-offs, which ruin Zoom meetings. It is so bad that I now have T-Mobile internet, too,as backup! It is not blazing fast but it more reliable. My best option is often my phone's hotspot.

I just finished having a conversation with the representative from West Coast Internet. How utterly disappointing. I would have been a first time customer, but based on the poor service and rude tone of voice I was addressed, when asking questions I will not select this company as my internet provider. In looking at this company’s reviews, no wonder the ratings are SO LOW and UNFAVORABLE. Now I have first hand knowledge of what customers were talking about. Big Disappointment!

We are held captive by an outdated worthless IP. Then when they come to fix it, they charge for repairs to their equipment and then make excuses as to why your Internet doesn't work. Starlink or any other IP provider please come rescue us from this hell which is West Coast Internet.
