2/17/2025 Simply the best, Octavio, Elizabeth, Alan, Manny and all of his team are not only professionals in the field of flooring and related construction but all amazing people who strive to give the customer the very best in workmanship, quality and price. I have used Octavio and his team on other projects and he has also worked for many of my friends, family and neighbors and everyone boasts about him and his team's work and overall experience. Octavio came out and looked at a floor that was cupping and warping due to excessive mopping. Right away Octavio knew the solution would be a water resistant vinyl laminate. His team did a stellar job on time, on budget and they cleaned up and were very careful attending to every detail of the job. Anyone considering flooring and construction whether it's a bathroom, hallway, drywall, painting and flooring or an entire home you must call Octavio. I highly recommend ABC Flooring and you must visit their new showroom in San Juan Capistrano. Thank you. 4/7/2023 Are you looking for quality flooring and workmanship? Look no further and call Tammy or Octavio at ABC Flooring in Laguna Hills. My initial review boasted about the quality customer service and guidance from the knowledgeable team at ABC Flooring, and this is my follow-up to review the amazing installation process, team, and quality finished product. Manuel and Gerardo showed up right on time and ready for work. Both of these men were personable, knowledgeable, and skilled at the trade. We broke bread with breakfast burritos and coffee and then just like superheroes they both draped drop cloths all over the existing flooring and pathways, unloaded the 20 boxes of flooring and set up their saw and work station in the driveway. Then, they removed the existing carpeting and padding as well as the tack straps. The entire time, these two men were detail oriented and focused on quality. During the installation, I had a visit from Elizabeth, their customer service and quality control representative, and she was stellar in her approach to the job, inspection, and her questions to ensure that I was satisfied. I would hire ABC Flooring anytime I need flooring and also highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality flooring at fair prices and top shelf installations. Thanks, ABC Flooring, for a job well done!!! Happy Easter 🐣 Initial visit: What a fantastic store as we have been shopping for flooring for two rooms and landed on ABC flooring in Laguna Hills. I reached out to several flooring contractors, and some provided lowball quotes or spoke in a manner that made me doubt their capabilities, but then I spoke with Tammy. I sent photos and asked questions regarding my project. Tammy was kind, professional and had stellar customer service skills and answered all questions, and explained that I would have a quote the next day. I spoke with Tammy again about the waterproof vinyl plank flooring I was looking for, and she stated that I could buy the flooring through them or stated a few other retailers that offered quality products. That evening, my wife and I were at floor and decor, and I called and was able to discuss the project with Mike and discussed the Nucore product I was looking at as well. I also received the quotation from Octavio and explained I was looking for a target date in April, which I was told was open. I will follow up with an update and photos once the flooring is installed. This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend ABC flooring for all of your flooring needs! Top notch service and knowledgeable professionals.

I am so glad to have found ABC Flooring to install LVP planks for my home. I already had some installed a few years ago and wanted the rest of the house to be the same. They were able to match with their large selection of flooring materials in their store. The team are hard working people and come on time each day to do the job. Octavio pays attention to details and I am so happy with their work that i hire them to do other projects around the house as well, including painting.

We could not have been more pleased with the work that they did with our home. They installed 1600 sq ft of luxury plank vinyl in our home to include the stairwell. I did a lot of searching and no one could compare to their rates. 90 percent of the flooring in my home was old Spanish tile which they had to remove. Prior to installing the vinyl. The entire job took 5.5 days but this was because of a delay from stair nose that took a while to come in. Octavio is the business owner and he was both honest, fair and very personable. He’s a good person that cares about his company and his customers. He would often check in on the job and check in with us. He communicated well and really cared that we were satisfied with the work. In fact, when the stair nose was held up in LA he personally took the trip up to pick it up to make sure my job got done in a reasonable time. I purchased the flooring from another company to match the existing flooring in the kitchen so he had nothing to do with the delay. Additionally, all of his team works directly for him. They have excellent quality control and it was the same team the whole time. Their work changed the entire look of our home. They cleaned up after they were done and didn’t leave any messes. Also, we had just moved in and we had a lot of trash from furniture being delivered. Octavio did us a HUGE favor and took all of our trash away free of charge!!!! He even took away and vanity, sink, and two toilets that were wanted to replace anyways! Him and his team were professional, efficient, curtious and honest! We WILL be hiring them for our next flooring job no questions asked.

We were beyond pleased with Gome Flooring and the work that they did for us. We were actually in desperate need of flooring repair after our original unskilled contractor severely damaged our subfloor while trying to remove existing planks. We were not only panicked about the repair, but the cost of what it would be to undo the damage. We found Gome Flooring and Octavo, Elizabeth and their team came to our rescue! As you can see in the before and after photos - it was quite a job! Not only did they perfectly repair the damage from the previous contractor, but they installed our new vinyl plank flooring beautifully. Their rates were very competitive for the area, and they took time to explain everything to us during the process. They got to work quickly, and every member of their team was prompt and professional throughout the entire project. We are so happy with the work they did. Octavo and his team are honest, hardworking and a joy to work with. We can't recommend them enough!

We came in to purchase a water proof material. We ended up getting a estimate for installation with them. Octavio was so outstanding. We call the shop. I felt confident about them. We schedule an appointment for measurements. He was at the time requested. He explained all that needed to be done making the proses so easy for us. His team did a fantastic work. I was so impress of how beautifuly my floors came up to be. they take care of every detail. The price was very affordable for the work done. I really recommend it.
