Tanner and his crew from Covalt floor resurfacing completed the living room and kitchen leveling on Dana Point "Lantern District" rental unit. Additionally plywood subfloor leveling on the entire upstairs. Outstanding job guys!

We had a contractor that last minute canceled on us when we were under a tight timeline to get our floors done and Tanner was able to move his schedule around and show up on Memorial Day at 7 am and knock out our entire project before Noon. We highly recommend Tanner and Cobalt Flooring team for any of your leveling our in our case finished jobs.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tanner at Covalt Floor Leveling, and I’ve seen firsthand the pride he takes in his work. He pays close attention to detail, works hard to get every job done right, and genuinely cares about delivering a quality result. Highly recommend Covalt Floor Leveling.

Our luxury vinyl plank installer recommended Covalt Floor Leveling before installation, and we’re glad we listened. Tanner corrected several problem areas in the concrete slab that would have shown through the finished floor. The results exceeded expectations and the entire process was smooth and professional.

Covalt Floor Leveling did an outstanding job correcting our uneven concrete subfloor before new flooring installation. Tanner arrived on time, explained the entire process, and completed the work exactly as promised. The floor is now flat and ready for installation. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Covalt Floor Leveling for any floor leveling or subfloor repair project.
