I am beyond grateful to Tony and his team! We recently moved and updated our flooring to luxury vinyl. We had a wonderful experience with Tony who helped guide our decision making process (he had many beautiful options to choose from) and provided fair pricing. His instillation team was professional, hard working, and very timely. I was really impressed with how easy Tony made this process for us. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional and we are so happy with the results!

Tony has been there for over 30 years, he is always kind and he’s very helpful! We used this company several years ago and they installed tile flooring in our bathroom and it still looks great. I recently returned and Tony helped me select samples to take home and try them. He’s knowledgeable and professional.

Such an incredible job! Above and beyond customer service and high-quality job! I would recommend this place to anyone for carpet & flooring needs. I got my baseboards redone and they look so beautiful. They cut/measured/painted and installed effortlessly in no time. Thanks again!

I have had the pleasure of working with Tony and Payless Carpet & Tile a few times over the past 10 years, most recently for a full renovation of the flooring in our kitchen, living room, dining areas, and bathrooms. Tony is so well-informed and after only showing him a couple of pictures of the area and telling him what we were looking for, he guided us throughout the process and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. He is so fun to work with and he made an otherwise stressful process very enjoyable! His installers showed up right on time both days and were always very friendly and hardworking. Tony and his team went the extra mile to make sure we got the house of our dreams. I have recommended Tony to all my friends and family and I have never heard anything but positive feedback from those that used Payless for their flooring upgrades. Thank you, Tony!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tony who owns this company. Tony was referred to me by my most excellent handyman. The accolades, as high as they were, were still understated. Tony is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, honest, flexible and sweet. The job consisted of removing stair carpeting and replacing it with vinyl planks. His installers arrived punctually both days. They were very skilled, pleasant and precise. They bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. Without reservation, I highly recommend this company.
