The installation took just over three hours, which was reasonable given the complexity of routing new ductwork through an older home. Compared to a previous experience, this technician communicated clearly about each step and ensured all settings were optimized before leaving.

I was initially concerned about the time it would take, but the technician arrived promptly and efficiently addressed a clogged filter issue in under an hour. He explained each step of the process, which gave me confidence that the system is now running smoothly.

This visit for A/C preventive maintenance was more thorough than another quote we received, though they did arrive 15 minutes late without any notice. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, completing the service in under an hour and providing some helpful tips on filter care.

The unit needed a filter replacement and coils cleaned, which they completed in under an hour after coordinating with building management. They also provided helpful advice on how to maintain efficiency that I hadn't heard during previous services.

From consultation to completion, the team exceeded expectations. The technician arrived promptly, and the new system works like a dream. Highly impressed!
