Carlos from West Country HVAC came out this morning to find and repair a leak in fitting done incorrectly by Lee’s HVAC when new HVAC system was installed. He quickly found and replaced the fitting and tested. Everything is working great now and we will continue to call West Country HVAC for maintenance twice a year to keep everything working as it should. Carlos was on time and very pleasant and professional.

Carlos was our tech and on time which is important to me. He checked everything and fixed the problem quickly . Saved us a lot of money compared to other companies. Highly recommend this company.

Honest, helpful and skilled. We were connected to West Country via our General Contractor during a remodel. We had not intended on replacing our old A/C but the remodel opened up the opportunity to do so and solve some other issues too. West Country came in on a moment's notice. They were very helpful in describing what they could do, giving a few options but never any type of upsell. We opted for a new heat pump and they also helped us understand which type and size we needed. Mike was very patient to educate and explain and give practical advice. Once we decided, Derek and the installation team moved quite fast and were able to do everything in just one day. They were very respectful of the house and made sure to minimize any impact. They answered every curious question and the whole team was spectacular. Although we found them on accident, I would strongly recommend them to friends and family as well as use them for any future HVAC needs we have.

Thumbs-up on the work done. After 26+ years, home HVAC system was in need of upgrade/replacement (which was originally installed by West Country). Technician and company owner reviewed our needs and gave a reasonable estimate, and was scheduled to be done the very next week (3-day job). A 4-man crew arrived and ended up completing 99% of the job in one day - demolition/removal, installation of a new attic furnace/blower system, new ductwork, ground air conditioning compressor, return air duct, all new ceiling registers, wi-fi compatible thermostat, independent HERS system test/report, City Permit and inspection. City inspection the next week had a handful of minor corrections, they were made the very next day and final approval 2 days later. The heater works great, far better than the old system. Can't wait til next Summer to see how much cooler the house will be! Can't recommend West Country enough, all Service Technicians and office staff are professional, I received text and email notices of all appointments. Thanks to all!
