My dryer recently quit after an unexpected power outage and surge in the area. I needed a quick replacement and had some space issues to address. I went to Pacific Sales and was helped by Susie. She was very knowledgable and provided me with some important information to guide my purchase. Within a week of delivery, my washer also failed, so I went back to the store for more help. Again, Susie stepped up and quickly got me a functional replacement, at a great price. I've been shopping at Pacific Sales for years and was concerned they'd lose their customer service touch when Best Buy took over. I'm happy to report Pacific Sales still has the same high level of service at the San Juan Capistrano store, and I will definitely return for any purchases in the future.

Great company. Outstanding range of products. Exceptional customer service by Kenneth and Monique. Kenneth spent a significant amount of time with us and showed an appliance not currently available yet that we ended up purchasing on preorder. He knows the products extremely well and assisted us in selecting the appliance that will work well and fit my lifestyle. Monique also provided excellent customer service and worked well with me to select and purchase two faucets. Exceptional experience!

I can’t recommend Rick enough! He has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire remodel. From helping me select all of my kitchen appliances to assisting with my bathroom fixtures and other home needs, he has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional every step of the way. If you’re shopping at Pacific Sales, do yourself a favor and ask for Rick. His expertise and dedication made a huge difference in my project, and I’m so grateful for all of his help. Thank you, Rick, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate everything you’ve done!

Everything was five stars! The excellent service began with our very first phone call. Susie, the sales manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. She took the time to answer all of our questions, and by the end of the conversation we were excited to come meet with her in person. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were completely confident in our purchase. The entire process was efficient, seamless, and stress-free. Best of all, our new refrigerator will be delivered in just two days! When you’re unexpectedly without a refrigerator, that kind of fast, organized service is invaluable. Way to go, Pacific Sales in San Juan Capistrano! Highly recommend!

Rick was absolutely wonderful! He assisted us with kitchen and bathroom products necessary for our remodel! We were new to this whole process and Rick expertly advised us! We purchased a Blanco kitchen sink, a Brizo kitchen faucet, TOTO toilets, Pfister bathroom and shower faucets! So many details he addressed professionally! We are thankful to have worked with Rick!
