I have two clients, IT clients, in these buildings, one on each side. The buildings are nice, the restrooms clean, the parking easy, the access easy, and the move-in is easy. They've got easy hookups for Cox and AT& T here. The in suite wiring is slightly dated in the two cases I observed, but easily workable.
