Absolutely amazing experience, both by our landlord Brent, and by the community at the office. Would highly recommend for any entry-level office seekers, a great starting point to get work done and have a place with no distractions.

I rented an office in San Juan Capistrano. I was very happy with the location and the landlords. This is near lots of nice restaurants and the rental includes parking.

Andrew and Brent have great. I recommend anyone who’s looking for an office space to go with smalloffices4rent!

Iam a professional sports therapist & been renting here for over 2 years & enjoy working here its clean & all occupants are very respectful & quiet.
