Been with this company for over 20 yrs. Had to renew my bond online from a random company bc they were so unresponsive. There has been a two month delay in getting trying to get a new bond processed. I could not wait any longer bc I can’t work without a bond. I guess my business is too small for them to care.

Difficult to get a hold of someone regarding car insurance. Made multiple calls and each call kept going in circles and unable to speak with a live person. Poor customer service

These guys are responsive and have great specialty insurance programs for Public Entities and other niches.

I used to think this was a good insurance agency, but when I was persuaded that it would be good for my business to become part of CRMBC, self-insured with other restaurants/businesses, I was sorely mislead. I am strapped for the rest of my life paying for assessments for workers comp claims that had nothing to do with my business. I'm paying for other people's businesses that have gone defunct. I already paid over $11,000 a few years ago and now they are assessing me again for another $12,000. I was misled by Alliant Insurance Services and their representative. I am a widow and a small business owner. They NEVER told me that I could be assessed over and over again for defunct businesses and for claims that has nothing to do with my business. What a way to take advantage of a widow in her 60's. Sad.
