Awesome experience with Moore plumbing! Woke up to water pouring out of my hot water heater. Shut the water off and my wife found Moore online with great reviews and gave them a call. Jordan was able to come out that afternoon and take a look. He confirmed what I already expected - it was time for a new hot water heater as the current one had finally given out after 15 years. He quoted me a reasonable price for a new conventional gas tanked water heater and then I asked him about some of the more efficient types I had heard about - hybrid/heat pump and tankless. Jordan patiently explained the different technologies and suggested a tankless gas water heater as the best fit for our home. It would cost more upfront but would reduce our gas bill to save us money in the long term. Best part was that he could also install it the next day and make use of our existing plumbing and electricity. Jordan and his colleague showed up right on time and installed the new water heater in a matter of hours. Carried away the old water heater and left no mess behind. The new tankless gas water works great - just as Jordan said it would! Hot water just as fast and hot as the old conventional one! Couldn’t be happier with the product suggested or the service. Found our go-to plumbers.

Chris and Trevor arrived to quickly verify our plumbing line to refrigerator was in good working order following an angle stop installation a few weeks ago. They checked to see that there were no leaks and were on their way. We truly appreciate their help and professionalism in getting our refrigerator back in working order. Moore Plumbing has helped us out with other plumbing needs, and we have been very satisfied.

Chris and his fellow worker were great at fixing the plumbing problem at my washing machine, which we discovered when the washing machine and dryer were removed from the house we sold. They finished in one day, and did an excellent job. I requested Moore Plumbing & Drains this morning, and subsequently sent Chris out the same day to resolve my problem. Trevor was amazing! He was professional, fast, reliable, and the quality of his work is top tier. He went above & beyond to make sure that I understood the needed repairs, and the options to fix them. He explained the pros/cons of each option to help me make an educated decision. He even took the time to show me where the water shut off valve was outside of my mobile home, and show me how to use it properly if ever needed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and I look forward to working with Trevor & Moore plumbing & drains for all of my future plumbing needs.
