Stay away from this company. I bought an iPhone with a 30 day money back guarantee. How convenient that after those 30 days, my phone got locked. Went to customer support to find out the problem and they said the iPhone was locked due to Tek Deals not paying their financial agreement with the phone. I got the worst end of the stick. The seller won’t comply, understand nor refund. Fraudulent. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. The red flag from the start was when they sent the phone in they sent it with the wrong charger😑🤬 very annoying, especially when my city was going through an arctic freeze and was relying on my phone. I am now phone less.

I bought an iPad for my granddaughter this pass Christmas. We plugged it in to charge it. It would not charge. The apple logo would flash. It would show on the screen to hook it up to a computer, but because it wouldn’t charge iTunes couldn’t find it. So, I put in a return request. Tekdeals won’t give me my refund stated that I sent the wrong item, serial number doesn’t match the serial number on the order ( which I know that they are lying, because they can’t get it to turn on to check the serial number), nor is it in their records.

Purchased a Dell laptop for my son for Christmas and when he opened it to use it it was set on a student screen. I've tried to contact him numerous times to explain this to him either wanting a refund or for him to fix it or send a new one. He is yet to contact back. So it was kind of a crap Christmas for my son and I think this company could care less so I don't see how there's good reviews.

Excellent staff and customer service! I finally purchased my 1st iMac and it is the 5k retina version. Jose greeted me and was really helpful on showing me how to use the iMac and made me feel very comfortable with this purchase. I highly recommend coming to the store and checking them out.

Excellent service! My experience buying a pre-owned iPhone here was wonderful. They were very attentive towards my needs on purchasing an unlocked iPhone for my grandmother. They also give 10% for students or if you check in on Yelp! Jose was able to hook it up with extra lightning cables and added accessories which made my experience here 110% recommendable.
