I did the re-roofing with Guardian Roof on 2021. The experience is not that good but price is pretty reasonable. No problem and leaking till 2025/11 with the heavy rain, I found little leaking on the slope roof side. I checked the roof and found that couple of clay tiles are broken which is one column which I believe it is due to roofers always walk up and down when they doing the job. I called Guardian roof and explained what is the problem, days later Angelo/Project Manager comes quickly to my home: No other words just directly start the work and replace the broken tile for me in 1 hour and also show me how to do that. I really appreciate Angelo's quick/Efficient job, and I believe working with Angelo will be very nice experience in the future. Strongly recommend Angelo! He is the roofing PM whom so easy/nice to work with!

I had a new roof done in 2023 by guardian roof. Couple months ago , it started raining, there’re leaks in my garage, I called them back to check and fix it for me, they sent Angelo in, this young man had been very honest and reliable, with good manners, he came by three times, he explained to me what went wrong and what did he do to fix it. Afterwards, he called me to make sure it worked . He’s very professional. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs roofing jobs done. I don’t need to pay, it’s under warranty.

Guardian Roofs are a great family owned company. Kevin, Project Manager came first to check my roof and then explained line by line the estimate. Angel, Project Manager oversaw the project and answered all my questions and took care of any concerns I had. The roofers were prompt, polite and cleaned up after each days work was completed. As a retired construction inspector I can say that the work performed by Guardian meets high industry standards. They incorporated new technology for attic venting with high quality roofing products. The workmanship associated with damaged wood replacement was great. The roofing installation, both shingles for the high roof and roll roofing for the lower roof, plus sealants around penetrations was professional. They were in contact with us throughout regarding scheduling and they left a clean work site daily. Well pleased.
