I called JCIS Roofing (Juan) and he was at my house the following day. I had concerns from the big storm that was heading our way and I was running out of time to repair the broken tiles on our roof and avoid leaking. Juan saw the urgency with the upcoming storms and not only repaired the many broken tiles, but also repaired the cracked sealant around our air vents before the storm hit. He found / repaired more broken tiles than we knew of and we did not even know about the air vents. Mr. Cisneros prevented costly leaks to our home at a reasonable price. I’m really happy with by. The general contractor is responsive and very clear when discussing my project. I’ve used by for multiple projects and every time my project was completed for a good price and on time, without surprises or cost increases. It’s very, very hard to find a great contractor but they are one of the few. Highly recommend them.

Really easy experience start to finish. After entering very basic info from JCIS web site, I was contacted by Juan within about 30 minutes and we scheduled for a quote the next day. I got a detailed bid shortly after that was a very good price. After that, scheduled with JCIS and their work and full crew was fantastic. They also cleaned up well after the job. I was really impressed all the way through - would definitely recommend them for a great licensed roofing company!
