Maday Roofing is led by an expert in the field which was proven by the quality workmanship that the team put into my roof. Maday’s team was responsive, professional, and answered every call on our project with the proper urgency. At 9pm one night I thought about and found one concern which led to me sending a communication via text to Maday’s project manager, and I received a response (a call) within 15 minutes. Maday started the roofing project on time, was up front about any cost or change that I approved, and I could not ask for better communication. The project was completed under budget and time. I inspected the roof, and have found no defects to date. This team did a great job! Cost changed when we found that the original builders did not install plywood on the initial build (in 1963) on the front half of the house. Upon this discovery, we installed 48 sheets of plywood on the front and side of the house. The rest of the roof had quality plywood in great condition. I approved this change, and it was the only change in cost from the original estimate. The estimate was not the least expensive quote I received, however when I considered my specific requirements, this company was the best fit. Quality materials were used in this project. High quality, once called “tar paper,” now an advanced composite was installed. Shingle materials were considered and I chose the best color and fit for my house. Metal flashings were installed all over the roof, edging and flashings were installed and painted to my desired color. The hot water heater vent had to be rerouted to meet my requirements, and Maday’s team were able to complete that successfully. After the project finished I noticed some white wood trim that had been scuffed during the full roof tear off, and Maday quickly sent the teammate to paint or touch up the spot the next morning. Lastly, I appreciated, while it wasn’t my responsibility, the care Maday placed on the team which was on the roof. I could tell Maday cared about the team by the way which they responded to the commands and needs of the project. Every team member that came to my property acted professionally, and were taken care of while they worked. The project manager on my project acted swiftly, and did not hesitate to escalate or elevate my concerns to Maday as needed. I am so glad I picked Maday’s company, mostly because of the quality, but working with Maday was enjoyable and I would recommend the team and anyone who works for Maday if Maday is overseeing the final product.

Maday and her team were amazing. The whole experience was great, and I would recommend them for any roofing project. We inherited a 40 year old roof in ROUGH shape. Now it’s good as brand new. They took great care to give me and my wife the product we wanted, right color, etc. They also handled all the changes I threw at them almost every day in stride, and all the pricing was extremely fair, especially for the growth work where a lot of contractors might have tried to take advantage.
