San Diego Roof Doctor takes pride in their work and cares about their customers! The crew was professional, highly skilled and well organized. They communicated with us frequently, were very courteous and cleaned up meticulously every evening. I was concerned about our glass railing around our deck. A member of the crew built a custom plywood "box" that completely covered the glass which was spotless when the cover was removed after the installation. I first started working with SD Roof Doctor when I was president of a high rise condo downtown. Our 12-year old roof was leaking like a screen door and we knew a new roof was needed. Instead of selling us on a million dollar new roof, Emilio talked us into a PVC membrane with the same warranty, less ongoing maintenance, and 40% less cost. SOLD! The crew was amazing, efficient, and we've never had a problem since. Years later when I purchased a home, I needed a roof inspection and called SD Roof Doctor. The roof was at the end of its life, and once again, instead of selling me on a whole new roof, Emilio had modern solutions at the ready. I went with a silicone coating with a 25-year warranty. More expensive than replacing the roof with the same crappy 10-year bitumen roofing, but averaged per year, the silicone roof was 30% cheaper than the bitumen option. As an added bonus, the silicone roof reflects 92% of UV (per manufacturer brochure). I didn't expect much by this when I read it, but boy was I surprised when the temperature in the house dropped 4 degrees! This will make a dramatic difference in my summer air conditioning costs. The crew was amazing to work with. I had great communication from the office, periodic check-ins from the project manager, and the on-site crew did a great job. They tidied up at the end of each day and did a thorough cleaning including pressure washing various areas when they were all done. I really didn't expect the level of cleanup they did of my surrounding patio and I was really pleased with that. The little granules from the previous roof make a mess everywhere and I was so glad I didn't have to deal with them. They also worked directly with my solar installer, Aloha Solar, so I didn't have to be the middle man on important technical details I didn't understand. Once the old roof was stripped, they notified Aloha who came to install the solar brackets. Then Roof Doctor came back to install the new roof over it, and Aloha was back to finish the solar install. Once done, Roof Doctor came back once again to thoroughly inspect all the work, perform a few touchups, and they even replaced a roof penetration piece added by Aloha so that I didn't have two brands of silicone. While this was required for the warranty, I still appreciated that it was done. I honestly couldn't be more pleased! A few weeks later the rains came and I slept so well knowing the new roof was done. I know SD Roof Doctor is not the cheapest option in town and that's not what my goal was. I needed quality for a lasting roof from a company I could trust not to take advantage of me, and I absolutely got that.

We have used San Diego Roof Doctor in the past and were very pleased with their work, so I contacted them for our leak in another part of the roof, under the solar panels. San Diego Roof Doctor coordinated the removal and replacement of our solar panels and repaired our roof. As before, we are extremely happy with the results. While in my home. A group of the employees servicing the roof and ground cleaning up what's been blown from the roof to the ground. a group of employee's were making load moans for a good 15 min almost exaggerated scream of moans as if they were in the warehouse with just the boys. This behavior was inappropriate and uncomfortable to be around I couldn't believe hearing grown men making moaning sounds and laughing as load as they were in the community. I went outside to get the truck number so I can call a let their manager know of what their doing and took a picture of one the employees to send to their corporate office so that they can know what group was responsible for making the moans. Two grown man from this company then came outside my door ringing the door bell and ring camera multiple times saying " she took a photo of me!" Waiting Both employees waiting outside my house as I was exiting my home he threaten me to remove the photos on my phone right then and their or were going to call the cops. I informed the employees I will delete it as soon as I send it to their corporate office and when I get a chance. Still the employees harassed me demanding I delete the photos stated they were going to call the cops... I felt harassed and targeted.

I spoke to Emilio at San Diego Roof Doctor about a town-home a client is buying near Mission Valley. The condo complex had some roof leaks and they recently passed an assessment to replace all of the roofs. The buyers lender asked for a letter stating what the condition of the roof was and Emilio answered his phone and was very knowledgeable about the roof.
