Great experience with Lou’s. Josh was very responsive. The job was finished quickly and very professionally. Manuel, the tile installer, paid attention to detail, which is very important to me. They left the job site very clean. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Update: 5/27/24 Tile is still perfect and we enjoy it every day!
Update: 7/11/26 Still love this tile every time I go outside and it's still in perfect condition.

I’m so glad I used Lou’s to replace my kitchen floor! The job ran smoothly from start to finish. Josh was there for me answering all questions and offering smart suggestions. The workers could not have been more cordial, and left everything spotless when finished — and their work was meticulous! The floor looks fantastic — I’m thrilled!

We decided to support my community after a carpet dealer in MB screwed up my kitchen flooring Very smart move on our part. Lou’s did our family room and it was so impressive. Marvelous job, great guys doing it with respect for our house, our dog and us not to mentioned a great job. We just had them do our bedroom and bathroom. Could not have asked for anything more than what they do always. Josh, the head man, was always in touch with us and the workers. I am not expanding my feelings nor telling fibs, be smart and give them a try. They have a couple of more rooms to do, as soon as I can convince my husband it needs to be done.
