Horrible, outages are a normal occurrence. We are on our second long term outage this month. Our entire building has been without internet since Friday. We are on day 3, this Monday is Memorial Day so it won’t get fixed if we’re lucky until Tuesday. This poor of service has never happened with any other carrier. I was supposed to get an update once they knew something. I’ll delete this if we get internet tomorrow on day 4 but I’m 100% sure AT&T and their lazy workers don’t care and will take the day off.

I cancelled and returned the items for the internet and they still kept taking payments out of my account. When I tried to dispute it they claimed I never tried to contact them.
Never going with att again!
