We’re absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, thanks to Kiko’s incredible design and Brian’s outstanding contracting work! Kiko transformed our space into a beautiful, modern, and open-concept kitchen that still feels warm and inviting. The dark cabinetry, spacious counters, and large windows make it both stylish and functional. Brian and his team brought the design to life perfectly — their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to finishing on time made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The final result exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend L Square Construction for anyone looking for top-quality design and craftsmanship.

I had a great experience working with Brian and Kiko. They helped me plan and build an ADU in my backyard from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add value to your property or need more living space.

I had a great experience with L Construction during my recent home remodel. The team was friendly, attentive, and always kept me updated on the progress. They worked efficiently while still paying attention to the little details, and the end result is exactly what I hoped for. It was a relief to have a project go smoothly and stay on track. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would gladly work with them again!

Brian and his team did an exceptional job designing and building my ADU! From start to finish they were basically there every step of the way - from inspection to questions being answered they were prompt and knowledgeable about the construction process and what type of finished fixtures they recommended. I cannot express how satisfied I am with my ADU, which will be used for my AirBnB business! My tenants / customers will enjoy what Brian and his team created!
