Steven and his team were incredibly knowledgeable in the area of estate planning. He helped me set up my estate when I had no idea where to begin. There were so many fine details that I'd never even thought about and Steven was able to provide context and guidance. The process was incredibly straightforward and detailed and I know I'll be going back to them if I ever need an estate attorney. Steven and his office were very friendly and down to earth. We had a wonderful experience working with our attorney to draft our family trust. From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. We initially found them through our MetLife legal plan after starting with another attorney who unfortunately did not provide the same level of service and wasn’t even willing to meet with us in person. Because this was an important and long-term decision for our family, we knew we wanted someone who was willing to build a relationship and truly work with us. From the very first phone call with Denise, the office administrator, I could tell this was going to be a great fit. She was genuinely customer-service oriented, kind, knowledgeable and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable moving forward. From our first meeting, the entire team made us feel supported. They were always happy to meet with us in person whenever we requested and never once made us feel rushed when asking questions. In fact, they encouraged it and took the time to make sure we fully understood everything. Their professionalism and consistency from start to finish made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong during the process. We’re grateful to have found someone we trust and will absolutely continue working with them in the future. I can’t express enough, how satisfied and grateful I am for The Law Offices of Steven Schroeder. My wife and I had been procrastinating on getting our living trust done for years and once we decide to do it, I was referred to Steven by a coworker, and I can’t express how happy we are that we used him.
