The office is still closed for in-person services as of 12/2/2024. I will update this review once I've been helped, but there is no answer on the phone number and it is within the 800am - 430pm period written on their door. I was helped remotely via email and phone and was successful in registering my small business, upgraded from 2 to 3 stars.

July 12, 2022 your robot is insane. It kept cutting out and then blaming me for leaving wrong messages.

Adam was very helpful. I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone yesterday and he was able to direct me to helpful resources and walk me through some of it over the phone in 10 minutes. Efficient and amicable. I’d be happy to work with him in the future.

Nobody is in the office due to Covid. They could’ve updated the Google listing to save me the trip and $1.25 for parking.
