We have the bi-monthly service with Neighborly Pest Control, and are always extremely happy with their service! We're located in Mission Viejo and our tech, John, is always so kind, patient with our dogs, and does a great job. I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company, and would recommend them to anyone I know.

John did a great job servicing our commercial building in Irvine. Everything was completed as scheduled, and the service was handled professionally and efficiently. We appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that the work was done without any issues or disruption to our business. Thank you, John, for the reliable service.

I had a wonderful experience! My service person was John who was exceptional. I don’t typically use “exceptional” to describe a service person but John was very nice, patient with all my questions, knowledgeable, thorough, and cared that I was happy with his finished work. This was my first experience with this company and I’m going to look into having them continue to service my house in Mission Viejo.

John was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He completed the pest control treatment efficiently and thoroughly explained how the products work and what to expect afterward. His expertise and positive attitude made the whole experience very reassuring. I highly recommend John and would gladly use his services again. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

John did an excellent job with the routine pest prevention service at my home in Irvine. He arrived early and was very punctual, took the time to listen to and explain my concerns clearly, and walked me through what he would be doing as part of the preventive treatment. He was professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the service. Really appreciated how smooth and straightforward the whole process was. Highly recommended.
