We had an amazing experience with Nova, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumber. From the very beginning, communication was excellent—they were responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of just rushing through the job. They arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and made sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about providing quality service. They were extremely professional, respectful of our property, kept everything clean while they worked, and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. What impressed us is they made sure the issue was actually resolved, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured into anything unnecessary. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service and workmanship they provided. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines great customer service, reliability, fair pricing, and high-quality work, but they truly delivered on all of it. We will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our family, friends, and other local businesses. If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumber who genuinely cares about doing the job right, this is the company to call!

Came to my home very quickly. Performed as he promised. He was very professional and did high quality work with high quality parts. He replaced the outside water valve and water faucet to my house with a ball valve, new water faucet, and pressure regulator.

I highly recommend Nova Plumbing! After submitting a quote request, I received a text from Hasan almost immediately, and he was able to come out right away to take care of the job. This wasn't a standard plumbing project—it required a custom solution. Thanks to Hasan's experience, knowledge, and creativity, he designed and installed a plumbing system that perfectly met our needs. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean when the job was finished. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the workmanship. It's hard to find a company that delivers this level of customer service, expertise, and value. I would definitely use Nova Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Hasan did a great job in diagnosing my water pressure issues in the house. Turned out to be the water pressure regulator (PRV) and he was able to replace it quickly. He had an upgraded PRV model in his van, which was the perfect model for my house. Should last longer than the old model he replaced. He even figured out a water issue with one of my sinks that was unrelated. Very professional, good communication, and pricing was quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Nova Plumbing on three occasions after a recommendation from my neighbor. Hasan merits the highest recommendation — He’s kind, respectful, honest and does great work!
