We chose One Stop Roofing to replace our ~30-year-old roof and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. We initially got about 6 quotes from different roofing vendors, and One Stop was the most knowledgeable, kind and helpful of the bunch. They helped us understand the differences in roofing materials, and what was best for our application and area. Although we had to put our roofing project on hold for some time, we were able to pick up where we left off and they honored the initial quoted price, so rare today when prices are continually rising. They were extremely easy to work with and always kept us in the loop. We are very happy with our new roof and glad we made the decision to go with One Stop!

Replaced our roof with One Stop Roofing. Phillip came out and gave us a competitive quote and answered all of our questions. He was wonderful to work with - a genuinely nice person who takes pride in his work. Installation was extremely fast and the crew were so polite and friendly in some extremely hot weather! Every day the trash was taken away and the outside left clean. The entire staff is very organized and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result. Thanks Jenny for all of the follow-ups! Any issues or concerns we had were addressed and dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. The roof looks beautiful!

We are very pleased with the whole experience with One Stop Roofing. David was very easy to work with and helped me with any questions I had. When it came to actual work, very professional. They came on time, worked efficiently. We did come across one mishap, but it was addressed right away. Jenny was excellent with communication and responded fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our roof replaced and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. David did a thorough job with the initial quote and expertly managed the project every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns, keeping us informed throughout the process and making sure everything stayed on track. Jenny, the scheduler, was equally wonderful to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she made coordinating the project easy and seamless. The crew maintained a clean and safe workspace, which we greatly appreciated. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with cleanup each day. The project was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Great communication, responsive service, attention to safety, and an easy, well-managed process made this a five-star experience.

We had a great experience with One Stop Roofing from start to finish. Starting with David Cao, the Regional Account Manager, who provided us with a very competitive quote and maintained regular communication throughout the project. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy to understand. Jenny Cortez, the Client Success Manager, did an outstanding job coordinating and communicating the day-to-day progress from start to completion. She kept us informed every step of the way and ensured everything stayed on schedule. A special thank you as well to the roofing team for their hard work and professionalism. They started on time every day, worked efficiently, and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The attention to detail and respect for our property did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend One Stop Roofing to anyone looking for quality work, excellent communication, and a smooth roofing experience.
