There are multiple layers of security: individual key fob entry for each unit and employees, an insane amount of cameras covering the property, the docks, mail room and warehouse hallways, a secured and coded security gate for deliveries, and dedicated night security patrol. As a tenant, I never worry about the safety of my employees or properties. The common areas have been a huge plus for my team and clients. The modern conference room, kitchen, and lounge make it easy to host meetings and help everyone feel comfortable and professional from day one. All included! Amenities are another big win. We have access to forklifts and pallet jacks use, a secured and coded mail room, ample parking, and super fast wifi. It’s truly all inclusive for day to day operations. It’s been invaluable to my company. The real value is the space flexibility. Units range from 300 to 5,000 sq ft, so you can lease exactly what you need for your customers. Need to scale up like I did, we have over 4 spaces with different sizes. You can add space in a day or two, as long as your general liability insurance is current. Need to scale down? You can reduce with just a month’s notice. Which we hv done in the past. No long term lease (a huge bones for us) means I can keep my overhead lean and focus on running the business, not a building. We've been using ReadySpaces for a while and it has been great for our business needs. Pros are its flexible for our business when we've needed to expand and convenient with forklifts and pallet jacks available on site. The WiFi is good most of the time and they have onsite trash services and a mail room for all our packages. Both USPS and UPS has been good for our pickups and deliveries. Management has also been great. Casey has fixed or responded to any issues we've had quickly and been very communicative about issues she may have with us. It's nice to have 24/7 access and security. Cons are its a bit pricier than other spaces but with everything included and the flexibility and convenience that's ok. Overall, this has been a great experience for us.
